Bill co-authored five articles with David King published in The Diablo Gazette Magazine about his childhood experiences in the CIA’s MK-ULTRA mind control program. He was placed in the program during the summer of 1958 with his brother and sister. The articles address the experiments they endured, the boy with shamanic abilities who tried to protect them, how they recalled their buried memories as adults, and Bill’s healing and writing journey.
